Hello members. The club is registered with the nationalrangeday.ca and we are holding a public event June 4th, 2022 from 10am to 4pm. Members who are volunteering will be arriving to set up 9am and clean up which will possibly end around 5pm.
If you can volunteer, either for the full day or partial, can you respond to this email so we can arrange coverage for the public who will be participating.
We need this information so you are on the list of volunteers. The range will be closed to members from 9am to 5pm. The only people on the range will be volunteers and the public who are on the list we will have.
Volunteers will be supplied lunch.
Please respond as soon as possible.
