NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING

Hello fellow members of the Agassiz-Harrison Rod & Gun Club,
As per our bylaws, we must hold a meeting on the evening of the third Tuesday of December, which puts it on the 20th, and very near to Christmas. Because of the proximity to such an important holiday for the majority of members, we will hold a very short and sweet meeting. Afterwards there will be time for a snacks and socialisation–something that has been missing from our meetings for far too long.
The agenda, which will be finalised and emailed out by this weekend, will feature only a couple of reports from the board of directors, and possibly 1 other main item. Anything that is not of an urgent nature will be deferred until the next meeting in January.
Please consider coming down, as we will have coffee, snacks and eggnog to enjoy.
