Hi fellow members, we have scheduled a AGM for April the 4th at 7:00 pm at the agricultural Hall in our usual room.
The agenda for this meeting is:
1) call to order
2) the reading of the previous general meeting’s minutes by the Secretary for consideration and approval by the members.
3) the treasurer’s year end report with income and balance statement for consideration and approval by the members.
4) reports: trap, range, maintenance
5) President’s report
6) the election of the directors for 2018 : president , vice president , secretary , treasurer
7) adjournment
After the meeting the newly elected directors will be handed the keys and codes to all the accounts of the AHRGC. Transfer of any and all the club’s property will be arranged between the outgoing and incoming board members.
