Return of fob deposit and membership cards 2018

The fobs that are to be returned by members from last year that have not renewed for 2108 must be mailed to the club’s address :  AHRGC PO Box 741, Agassiz, BC ,  V0M1A0.    The deadline for the return of the fobs is February 28th 2018.  After February 28th 2018 we will not be accepting the return of fobs.  All  fob deposits will be returned once the returned fobs are processed and checked for function.

The membership cards will be sent out in one mailing.  This will occur when the last of the renewing members have been processed.  We will send out a mass email notifying all members that the cards for 2018 have been sent.

As it has been stated before in an email to all, your fobs will operate just fine.  If you have an issue with your fob, at anytime, please email us and we will attend to the matter.
